Peninsulas-CS 951113 Coppell, Texas 7501 November 13, 1995 Perry Homes c/o Tim House 5220 Spring Valley, Suite 500 Dallas, Texas 75240 RE: Peninsulas of Coppell Dear Mr. House: This letter is written as a follow-up to our various conversations and meetings concerning the intersection of East and West Peninsula Drive with MacArthur Blvd. Due to the bridge immediately north of this street intersection, the site visibility is somewhat limited. To rectify that problem, the City has proposed that a restricted access island be constructed in the intersection. The estimated cost of the construction is $9,750.00. It is my understanding that Perry Homes is willing to fund one-half the cost of construction for the restricted access island. It is also my understanding that Perry Homes is requesting that the City spearhead the effort to have the island constructed and that Perry Homes involvement will only be for one-half of the construction cost. Therefore, to proceed with this project, a check in the amount of $4,875.00 should be submitted to the City. For your information, attached is a copy of the lowest estimate that the City received for the construction from Site Concrete. As soon as the check for $4,875.00 has been received, the City will begin the process of having the island constructed. It is anticipated that the construction can be completed prior to the occupancy of the subdivision.
