Final Acceptance
Dear Mr. Edminster:
A final inspection of utilities for the referenced project has been confn-med by representatives
of the City of Coppell.
The two-year maintenance bonds and as-built drawings have been received from the contractor.
Maturity on the bonds will be two years from the date of this letter. Maturity on the Erosion
Control Bond will also be two years from the date of this letter.

Re: Final Acceptance Letter for Off-Site Sanitary Sewer Line Improvements to serve the
Peninsulas of Coppell, adjacent to the east side of MacArthur Blvd.
Dear Mr. Davis:
Enclosed is a $200 check to be held by the City of Coppell as a two year cash bond for maintenance
for the Erosion Control work that was done along both sides of Denton Creek in conjunction with
the above-referenced project. This cash bond is not for the work performed by Perry Builders, Inc.
in the development of their on-site single family lots. For your information, I have instructed Carter
& Burgess to place grass seed along both sides of the creek bank adjacent to the bridge.
To clarify our conversation this morning, the previous check for $2,170 was to satisfy the two
percent (2%) city inspection fee.
If everything is acceptable, please forward a final acceptance letter for the project. If you have any
questions, please do not hesitate to contact me at (214) 360-1526.
