Plan Review Comments
1. A minimum 10' hike and bike trail easement is required along
the north and south perimeter of property east of MacArthur
Blvd.; at top of bank along Denton Creek, inside the platted
property.
2. Proposed trail easement by developer is not acceptable. The
easement proposed on the west side of MacArthur is not needed.
3. Park land dedication ordinance will be in effect for this
subdivision.
