9, (Planned Development-Single Family-9), located along the east and west side of
MacArthur Boulevard and along the north side of Denton Creek, at the request of Vista
Properties, Inc.

a. Sight visibility easements should be provided at the intersection of Island Drive with
MacArthur Boulevard.
b. Please be advised that with a LOMA, you cannot fill any portion of the floodplain. This
could affect your ability to build on Lot 2, Block B.
c. All easements should be shown on the face of the plat.
d. E{osion protection should be provided at the ends of the cul-de-sacs adjacent to Denton
Creek and in other areas along the creek that are experiencing problems or that may
experience erosion problems.
