The cul-de-sacs for Northshore Court and East Flamingo Way should be pulled back away from the floodplain so that the proper transition from the cul-de-sac to the natural ground can be provided, i.e. to insure that there is no fill placed within the floodplain during the construction of the streets. 2. Please comment as to why the cul-de-sac for West Flamingo Way has been "chopped off". 3. Various fees will be required for this development, such as water, sewer and park impact fees.
