Dear Ken:
Based upon a verbal agreement between Michael Martin (City of Coppell) and Tim
House (Developer's representative) it was agreed that this letter, rather than a
complete Traffic Control Plan, will suffice for the excavation portion of MacArthur
Park.
During the excavation process for each tract of MacArthur Park, there will be a
very minimal amount of vehicular traffic crossing MacArthur Boulevard to get to
each site. Flagmen will be used for any vehicular traffic crossing MacArthur
Boulevard and for any construction equipment hauling debris away from the site.
In addition, two signs will be provided as traffic approaches the site from each
direction on MacArthur Boulevard. The first sign will read "Construction Ahead",
and the second sign will read "Trucks Entering Street".
