Peninsulas-CS 950405April 5, 1995 Mr. Tim House 5220 Spring Valley #500 Dallas, Texas 75240 Re: Peninsulas of Coppell Dear Mr. House: This letter is written as a follow-up to our meeting on April 4, 1995 in which you inquired about the possibility of obtaining an early release permit for a model home to be located on Lot 1, Block B. Based on our conversation, the following represents the sequence of events to be followed for the acquisition of a building permit all the way through obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy (CO) for the model home. 1. Plans should be submitted for the lift station and the force main to be constructed on the Vista Ridge property north of the levee. 2. Work should begin on the utilities on the east side of the Peninsulas. 3. Permit for foundation only will be released. 4. The water line should be constructed up to Bent Tree Court, tested and put into service. Also, the fire hydrant at the southeast corner of Lot 1, Block B should be installed and operational. 5. Plans should be submitted and approved for the lift station and the force main on the Vista Ridge property and a preconstruction conference should be conducted for the same project. 6. The remainder of the building permit will be released for the model home on Lot 1, Block B. 7. The infrastructure within the Peninsulas of Coppell on the east side of MacArthur, will be completed. This includes the water line (constructed to include the valve on the west side of MacArthur), sanitary sewer lines, street and drainage. 8. The lift station and force main should be completed. 9. The CO for the model home will be released, assuming that the home meets all building inspection requirements. Based on our meeting, this is the understanding of the sequence of the events that are to take place to obtain the permit and the CO for the model home. If you disagree with this sequence please contact me as soon as possible so that it can be resolved prior to the requesting of a foundation permit for the model home on Lot 1, Block B. If you should have any additional questions please feel free to contact me at your convenience. Sincerely, Kenneth M. Griffin, P.E.
