RE: Offsite Sewer Line for Peninsulas of Coppell
Dear Mr. Perry:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1) The title sheet and the title blocks need to be labeled Offsite Sewer Line for
Peninsulas of Coppell.
2) Show where the existing 10 inch sewer line coming from the east connects with the
proposed 10 inch sewer line.
3) Provide a 20 foot easement for the proposed sewer line.
There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the mark up plans and 3 revised sets of plans should be resubmitted to the City
for review. If you should have any questions concerning these comments, please contact me.
