RE: Final Water/Sewer Walk Through for Peninsu_.as
of Coppell
A walk-thru was conducted on the above referenced project and the
following items were found to be deficient.
1. Ail manholes need to be checked after off-site sewer line is
installed. (Line in subdivision has water in it over
inverts).
2. Ail 4-2" blowoffs need close nipples and elbows.
3. Lot 18 needs sweep Tee on lot clean out replaced.
4. Lot 23 no water to service.
5. Lot 20 and 21 needs concrete pads repoured around lot
cleanouts.
6. Lot 7 needs white sewer pipe replaced with green SDR 35
sewer pipe in clean out.
7. Manhole at east Peninsulas Drive and MacArthur needs
external chimney seal,install or repour manhole with the
proper neck to allow chimney seal to fit on inside. Can
call Chilton & associates of Dallas for assistance in
installing bridge for internal chimney seal.
