RE: Peninsulas of Coppell - Walk Through

The following is a list of deficiencies found during our recent
walk through of this project. Please ensure that the contractor
receives a copy of the punch list items.
WEST SIDE:
* Rout and seal curb crack 7 joints west of drop inlets on the
south side of the street
* Rout and seal crack from drop inlet to manhole; include
joint all the way across street
* Rout and seal crack 5 joints east of drop inlet on south
side
* Patch curb 8 joints east of the drop inlet
* Check all redwood headers for iow seal and saw joints
EAST SIDE:
* Bent Tree - rout and seal crack at intersection
* Storm sewer behind Bent Tree Court needs to be looked at for
possible extension to creek and RCP cleaned out/Developer
needs to provide written document of intent
* Check all outfalls to creek for possible extension/
additional rip-rap/clean RCP
* Ail brick paver installations MUST be completed prior to
final acceptance
