Please find enclosed your mark up set of comments for the Peninsulas of Coppell, and
our revised plans per your comments. Please note that all comments have been
addressed throughout the set. The letter and easement for the 8' trail within the Levy
District is underway. It is my understanding through conversations with Terry Mitchell in
our office, that the easement will be written after the installation of the trail. Therefore,
the plan approval could be given without the letter with assurances that this would be
provided immediately upon construction of the trail.
