RE: Final Water/Sewer Walk Through for Peninsulas of
Coppell
A final walk thru was conducted on September 28, on the above
referenced project. The following items were found to be
deficient.
1. Manhole at east Peninsulas Drive and MacArthur needs
external chimney seal, install or repour manhole with the
proper neck to allow chimney seal to fit on inside. Can
call chilton & associates of Dallas for assistance in
installing bridge for internal chimney seal.
2. Lot 32 meter can busted.
3. Lot 32 dirt and concrete in bottom of manhole 4004.
4. Manhole 4001 on west Peninsulas Drive. Dirt in the
bottom of invert and no chimney seal.
5. Manhole at 4002 needs dirt cleaned out of bottom.
