As per our telephone conversation on Thursday, September 28, 1995, the remaining fees to be
paid for the Peninsulas of Coppell include:
Street Light Fee $3,960.00
Street Sign Fee $ 383.91
Sub Total $4,343.91
As discussed through prior conversation,
the impact and construction inspection
fees for this project were overpaid by $36.00. less $ 36.00
Total $4,307.91
Please forward payment of $4,307.91 to Alan Johnson, Finance Director along with a copy of
the current assessment. Providing a copy of your paid receipt to our office will help us to verify
payment of the required fees and insure a successful final acceptance of this project. If you have
