Dear Mr. Davis:
We are submitting herewith a lump sum price of $20,800.00 to
construct the improvements to the intersection of MacArthur and
Peninsula as shown on the attached Exhibit "A".
Our price does not include bonds, engineering, testing, inspection
fees, permit fees, or sales taxes on materials to be incorporated
into this project.
Please issue a contract to our firm if you find our price to be
acceptable.
