BCo~tY478With A Beautiful Future CoppelI, Texas Coppell, Texas 75019 October 25, 1995 Mr. Tim House 5220 Spring Valley//500 Dallas, Texas 75240 FAX 980-2421 RE: Peninsulas of Coppell Temporary Release Dear Mr. House: A final inspection of paving and utilities for the referenced project has been conducted by representatives of the City of Coppell. The two-year maintenance bond on paving, utility construction and as-built drawings have been received. Maturity on the bonds will be two years from the date of this letter. However, the following items need to be resolved: 1) provide erosion control maintenance bond; 2) provide verification of the 1% slope grading between Lots 19, 20 & 21, Block B and Lots 10, 11, 12, 16 , 17, 18, Block B in lieu of constructing the concrete swales referenced on sheet 5 of the construction plans; and 3) resolve the issue regarding the ingress/egress for the subdivision of East and West Peninsula Drive at MacArthur Blvd. Before a final acceptance letter can be issued for Peninsulas of Coppell the outstanding issues must be resolved.
