Provide a paving plan sheet in the set. The paving design must meet the requirements of the City of Coppell Subdivision Ordinance. 2. Please try to differentiate between existing and proposed items using hatching or shading. 3. The proposed inlet relocation needs to be field verified. The proposed inlet may need to be modified to accommodate existing drainage patterns and grades. 4. All fire hydrant locations need to be approved by the City Fire Marshal. He can be reached at (972)304-3503. 5. Loading and testing of the fire line needs to be coordinated with the Fire Department. 6. In the storm drain profiles, show all utility crossing and provide concrete collars at all pipe size changes. There are various other minor comments throughout the plans.
