Block 8. to allow the development of 2 office/warehouse facilities on approximately 16 acres of property, located at the northwest corner of Wrangler and Enterprise Drives, at the request of Hal. ff and Associates. DRC DATE: March 26, 1998 and April 2, 1998 CONTACT: Mike Martin, P.E., Assistant City Engineer (304-3679) AFTER P-&Z 1. The minimum driveway spacing on Wrangler Drive and Enterprise Drive is 100' as per the City's Subdivision Ordinance. This could required the driveway on Lots 1 & 3, Block 7 most easterly to be moved west. Also, this could require the driveway on Lot 3R, Block 8 most northerly driveway to be moved south. 2. Show the location of existing driveways 3. If sidewalks are not to be constructed at the time of the development a note must be provided in the plans stating that: "The 4' sidewalks in the fight-of-way of Enterprise and Wrangler Drives will be constructed by the property owner when directed by the City Engineer." 4. Impact Fees will be required. 5. Provide preliminary utility plans
