Preliminary Site Plan:
1. Show location of existing curb inlets on Moore Road.
2. As per the proposed Sandy Lake Road plans, the proposed easterly driveway is in conflict
with proposed curb inlet.
3. A 4' wide concrete sidewalk is required on Moore Road.
4. Provide 8' wide brick paver bands at all driveways.
5. Show the existing ditch on Sandy Lake Road and the brick paver band on Moore Road.
6. Why is it necessary to have four driveways to this site?
