Dear, Mr. Stevens,
This letter is in response to our conversation of August 3rd, 1999, wherein we
discussed the fees assessed the above described property and to confirm to you
that there definitely was a residence at that address for more than thirty-five
years. The residence was removed in April of 1999.
Enclosed please find a copy of a letter sent on March 10, 1999 to Michael A.
Martin of your department, to which I never received the courtesy of a reply.
Anything you could do to resolve the issue of fee assessments made in error
would be sincerely appreciated.
