Sandy Lake Rd) Approved by; City Counsel, December 8, 1998 Dear, Mr. Martin, During a telephone conversation February 14th, 1999, you informed me of the need to pay certain fees assessed by the City of Coppell, (City) prior to the release of the Plat Map of this property. The fees discussed were for: Water Meter, Sewer and Road Impact. The current plan for this property is to replace the existing home (which is being removed), with a new (to be constructed) residence on Lot One. This will confirm our intention to utilize the existing water meter and sewer connection for that purpose. At present, we have no further plan to build any additional buildings on this site. Therefor, the City is hereby requested to wave the above described fees on the first home to be built on Lot One, as such fees have either been grandfathered in, or paid by the previous owners. The city' is also requested to postpone the collection of any additional Water Meter~ Sewer and Road Impact Fees for the remaining lot (Lot Two), until such time as a permit is issued for construction on Lot Two.
