Drive Approach, Water Main Tap, Sewer Main Tap, and Storm
Drain
Dear Mr. Clark:
A final inspection of the above referenced project was conducted
on May 31, 1990. The drive approach, water main tap, sewer main
tap, and the storm drain have all been inspected and verified by
City of Coppell officials and are in compliance with the City of
Coppell standard requirements.
Sidewalk will be installed by the property owner's association as
referenced by Mr. Don Davis' letter dated April 11, 1990, related
to request to City Council.
The one year maintenance bond has been received. The as-builts
have been received by the City of Coppell Engineering Department.
Maturity on the bond will be one year from the date indicated on
the final acceptance letter.
