of America, to be paid to City of Coppell, Texas for which payment well and truly to be made, we
bind ourselves and our several and respective successors and assigns, jointly and severally firmly
by these presents.
WHEREAS, the contractor entered into a certain written contract for the construction of Project:
Park West Commercial Site #1, $55 Airline Drive, Coppeli, Texas, for the 12" x 8" city
connection and 8" tapping valve, the 8" double check detector check and concrete vault
" housing, the D.C.D.C. located in the city's easement Project, and
WHEREAS, the owner requires that the Contractor shall guarantee all material and workmanship
against defects for a period of one (1) years after acceptance and if defects develop during that
per.~.:i, trey must be made good at the expense of the Contractor, as provided in the contract.
NOW. THEREFORE, the condition of this obligation is such that if the Contractor shall make good any
defective materials or workmanship for the period of one (1) years after acceptance of the
contract, then thL. obligation shall be null and void; otherwise to remain in full force and
effect.
