In review of the letter sent to Steve Goram from Don Davis dated April
11, 1990, regarding the sidewalk construction on the above mentioned
project, I have several concerns regarding this particular staging of
sidewalk construction requested.
1. The engineering plans submitted did not indicated sidewalk
location and width.
2. The sprinkler system, landscaping, and burham construction as
permitted by the Building Inspections Office along Airline Drive
is nearing completion and appears to be in direct conflict with
sidewalk construction.
It is my recommendation the sidewalk be completed on site 1 at this time
and all future sidewalks be constructed at the time of each approved
individual site development in Park West Commerce Center.
