Dear Mr. Davis:
In response to your letter requesting two field changes on the above referenced
project.
Item number one regarding non-placement of the 5' sidewalk along Airline Drive
would fail to meet the City of Coppell's Subdivision Ordinances Section VIII
Miscellaneous-Subpart B. Sidewalks Page 44. Any variance to this requirement
must be granted by the City Council either as a part of your plat or by separate
request in =he case of your current building permit.
Item number two regarding placement of limestone base under the two drive
approaches adjacent to Airline Drive was approved. However, it has been
determined by Hill & Wilkinson that this method would not be cost effective.
The Contractor has elected to follow the original plan and specifications and
use lime treated base.
