Dear Sirs:
The purpose of this letter is for the granting of a Sidewalk and
Approach Permit for construction of Park West Commerce Center Site
I. The Sidewalk Permit is issued to Hill and Wilkinson, Inc.
By receipt of this letter, the Contractor is hereby notified that
they must comply with all City, County, State and Federal
requirements governing this project.
A 1.5 percent permit fee has been collected.
