Dear Mr. Wise:
In response to your submittal, attached are comments and inquiries about
your proposal. Rather than consume unnecessary time to integrating them
into one set of comments, I am sending them in tact and separate. (i.e. our
engineering review and the Public Works Department's review).
If you would care for a meeting to discuss these items, please let me know.
Please note that the technical comments are made with the assumption that
your proposal is permitted, feasible or practical vis a vis previous
agreements, commitments and/or hydraulic consideration, etc. Item no. 4 on
the Ginn review is critical.
We will be reviewing the Univest/City Agreement so that we will know what
commitments exist, and those the City of Coppell must maintain.
We appreciate your patience and cooperation on this matter, and hope to
continue moving this request through the review phase. Thank you.
