A twelve-inch water main should be included in the plans from the proposed sixteen-inch main to the north right-of-way of Parkway Boulevard at Heartz Road. If this construction is performed in conjunction with the construction of the sixteen-inch main in Parkway Boulevard, the need for a wet tap and future disruption of landscaping can be avoided. The twelve-inch main can simply be extended south with construction of Heartz Road in the future. 2. Services to ABQ property should be included in the plans. If conflicts can be avoided with existing inlets, trees, etc., please include eight-inch service lines with valves to ABQ property north of Parkway Boulevard at stations 5+00, 8+50. 12+00, 15+00, and 18+00 and at stations 15+00, 18+50, 22+00, 25+00 and 28+00 to the south right-of-way of Parkway Boulevard. 3. Pursuant to recent discussions between myself and Mr. John Karlsruher of your office, construction of a sixteen-inch main to the west side of Denton Tap Road at Parkway Boulevard is to be included in this project. Please Drovide plans for the sixteen-inch main extending across Denton Tap Road. 4. Existing irrigation and landscaping facilities on the north side of Heartz Road west of future Parkway Boulevard are not shown on the plans. ABQ requires assurances that existing irrigation facilities and landscaping in proposed construction areas adjacent to ABQ property will be protected or replaced. 6001 Vv'.
