Final Plat Application Fee in the amount of $220.75. 3. 22 copies of the Final Plat of Heartz Road - folded 4. 3 sets of construction plans for Water, Sanitary Sewer, Storm Drainage and Paving Improvements. The Final Plat has been prepared in accordance with the Preliminary Plat of Heartz Road which was approved by the City Council on February 28, 1989. Construction plans include improvements north of Sandy Lake Road outside of the area being platted.
