Dear Russell:
We are currently preparing a bid package for the construction of
Heartz Road from Sandy Lake Road to Parkway Boulevard in
accordance with construction plans approved by the City of
Coppell in June, 1989. The work should begin shortly after
filing of instruments evidencing dedication of Right-of-Way and a
construction easement by the Perkins' heirs. I would appreciate
if the city would inform me when these documents are filed-and
provide me copies of the recorded instruments.
The work will commence with a Contract for. preparation of the
subGrade in accordance with plans approved by your office on May
9, 1989. Ten sets of these plans are enclosed. Please stamp and
sign the cover sheet, retain copies required by the City, and
contact us so that we may pick up the rest folr our use.
Concurrent with preparation of the Heartz Road subGrade, other
grading work will be underway in accordance with a separate
contract between ABQ Development Corporation and the contractor
working on Heartz Road. This other work will be on private
property own~ ~y either lB0 D~v~loDm~nt Corporation or P~rk~ of
Coppell Joint Venture. ks requested by Mr. Dale Jackson in a
telephone conversation with him on October 25, 1989, I will
provide plans of this proposed Grading on private property to the
City.

On behalf of ABQ, I appreciate your prompt response to our
request. I will contact Mr. Larry Davis of your office to set up
a preconstruction meeting once a contract is awarded. Our
current target date to begin construction is November 15, 1989.
