The following plans showing proposed grading on property owned by
ABQ Development Corporation or Parks of Coppell Joint Venture are
enclosed.
1. Borrow Area, Interim Grading
2. Borrow Area, Final Grading
3. Fill Plan - Tract 7
4. Borrow Area, Cross Sections
Construction shown on these plans will be performed in
conjunction with subgrade preparation for Heartz Road between
Sandy Lake Road and Parkway Boulevard in the Parks of Coppell.
Heartz Road plans have been previously approved by the City.
We are concurrently providing four sets of these plans to the
Department of Public Works for their review. We request that the
City of Coppell provide a grading permit for this construction at
your earliest convenience. If you have any questions, please
