Dear Mr. Allen:
This letter is to inform you that the improvements to the linear
channel located at the west property line of the referenced site
will not be a requirement of the developer of Tract 9, so long as
the channel is not located within the boundary limits of Tract 9.
The channel location will be required to be shown on the site
plan along with other standard drainage criteria.
We would appreciate knowing the time table for development of
the linear channel as soon as the information is available.
