Dear Nick,
Thanks for seeing me this morning. I'd like to briefly review ~hat we
discussed.
1. ~ A commitment on behalf of Triland by [Dug Spiker
and Nathan Maler to provide a 2" asphalt overlay of existing
DeForrest Road and the escrow of fur~s for 85 percent of the cost
for concrete paving of a 27-foot road within the 30-foot right of
2. Warren Cour~ Cul-de-sac: An agreement between Doug Spiker ar~
Councilman Dale Ware was achieved and agreed to by the City Council
whereby Triland would provide an acceptable asphalt cul-de-sac at
the end of Warren Cburt in the Lakes of Coppeli. E~ineering plans
for that cul-de-sac have been submitted to the City. Mr. Spiker
had committed to a Decamber 1986 construction time period.
As we discussed, please have your staff.verify the above and provide a
time table for accomplishing these projects to us by December 1 5. I
would appreciate your help in getting these tw~ concerns back on
Triland's priority list. If the City of 0oppell can help in achieving
