Dear Doug,
Thanks for your letter of Sept. 23, 1986 and copies of supporting
documentation. I don't recall receiving your July 23 letter that
went to City Hall. That letter outlines Triland Investment
Group's commitment to improvements to existing DeForest Road.
Doug, per Council action, as soon as Triland a) escrows funds for
future improvement, b) clears the existing ditch, and c) provides
a 2" asphalt overlay, your commitment is complete.
Please proceed as soon as possible.
