Dear Mr. Hietbrink:
On Friday, March 14, 1986, I met with the City Engineer to
review your latest submittal of plans for DeForest Road
marked to show the profile of the existing alley in Raintree
along the south side of DeForest. The conclusions reached as
a result of our review were:
1. Accurate cross sections are needed every fifty feet (50')
extending at least twenty feet (20') north of the north
right-of-way and at least twenty feet (20') south of the
alley in Raintree.
2. Cross sections at the intersecting drives and streets are
to be extended the same distances as mentioned in #1 above.
3. We would like for you to submit copies of your survey
field notes for the above mentioned cross sections, as
well as for the Raintree Village alley profile.
We thank you for your quick turn-around on the latest set of
plans you submitted and for your cooperation in working with
the City of Coppell on this technically difficult project.
