Dear Mr. Hietbrink:
In order to complete our review of the enginering plans for
the above referenced project which you submitted on
February 19, 1986, we ask that you submit the following:
1. A Right-of-Way Map for DeForest Road showing all adjacent
properties and easements, their boundaries, frontage
dimensions, and volume and page numbers of the deeds for
each property.
2. An "as-built" profile of the north edge of "Alley B" in
Raintree Village, plotted on the right profile on your
proposed DeForest Road plans. "Alley B" in the Raintree
development is adjacent to and south of DeForest Road.
We appreciate your cooperation in this matter and will
continue our review of the DeForest Road plans as soon as we
receive the information requested above.
