Dear Mr. Spiker:
The 'Deforest' Road item was placed on the Council agenda
February 11, 1986, because we had been promised by you and
your enqineering firm, Nathan Maier, that plans would be
available on February 1, 1986.
It was embarrassing for the City Council and the homeowners
present when we had to inform them that we still had not
received plans.
Please advise when plans will be available so that the City
may proceed with this project.
