With 6" concrete paving in all fire lanes, truck traffic areas, and parking paces, lime stabilized soil is not required by the Geotechnical Consultants. The Geotechnical Consultant is Reed Engineering Group, I have enclosed a copy of the soil report and a letter regarding stabilization of the subgrade.
