Dear Ken:
To confirm our phone conversation of this afternoon, it is our understanding that the City of Coppell will
accept terminating the installation of the twelve (12) inch sanitary sewer line along the north side of
Wrangler Drive at the proposed manhole located at station 21 + 88 on the approved drawings. Installation
to this point will still allow the abandonment of the eight (8) inch line currently running north to south
under the Lone Star Door facility, now under construction. It will also allow a tie in point for the
buildings alOng the south side of Wrangler Drive, particularly the middle school.
It is our understanding that in the future when those areas of the Park West Commerce Center west of
this termination point are developed, it will be necessary to extend the sewer further to accommodate the
development.
