Dear Mr. Griffin:
Concerning the construction which is proposed in order to allow
the abandonment of the existing eight-inch sanitary sewer and
six-inch water mains which presently traverse the referenced
property, ue hereby request the construction plans be revised to
include the following:
The existing eight-inch sanitary sewer pipe shall be
plugged on the south side of the existing manhole
located on the south side of Airline Drive, rather
than on the north side of Airline Drive, as is
presently indicated. (Ue intend to use the existing
pipe under Airline Drive as a service stub.)
The existing six-inch water main shall have a portion
of the pipe removed both to the North and to the South
of the referenced property, prior to capping both ends
of the abandoned pipe.
Oe have also forwarded this request to Dennis Chovan at Halff &
Asso., ~ho we understand is the engineer in charge of this
pro3ect. Ue appreciate your help in achieving these ob3ectives.
