RE: Oil Separator located on the northwest side of building, behind the TXU electrical panel, at the PSINet facility
located at 1333 Crestslde Drive, Coppell, 77(. 75019
PSINet Facility Maintenance will Inspect the OII Separator, at the location referenced above, once a month as part of
their routine maintenance. if any oil is found to be in the soil separator, that was caused by the PSINet facility
referenced above, then PSINet will take reasonable actions, including hiring a waste rnllection company, to remove
the oil From the oil separator
