RE: Northlake 635 Business Park Lot 1 Block A, PSINet
Dear Mr. Evans:
The City of Coppell has reviewed the referenced plans and has the following comments to offer:
1. Demolition of the fire line and fire lane needs to be coordinated with the Fire Marshal.
2. The grading plan and drainage area map do not match for the landscaped area along the
eastern edge of the property. This area needs to be picked up on-site as shown on the
drainage area map.
3. If you are proposing a PVC system for the drainage off of the roof then you need to submit a
letter to the City to request a variance to the 18" diameter RCP pipe requirement.
4. Provide a detail or specification for the oil-water separator.
5. Provide a written explanation to the engineering department describing the calculations for
the oil-water separator. The rainfall intensity does not make sense on face value.
6. On the utility plan, indicate that one of the 2" domestic meters is existing and that the fire
detector checks are existing.
There are various other minor comments throughout the plans. When all comments have been
addressed, please return these marked plans and tnvo sets of revised plans to the City for
