ITEM: PSINet Addition, Lotl, Block 1, Replat and Site Plan Review, request to replat
Lot 2, Block B of Northlake 635 Business Park and to amend the site plan to
allow for the construction of a 20,120 square foot enclosed service yard to the
existing building and reconfiguration of the parking spaces on property located
at the southeast corner of Crestside and Lake Shore Drives, at the request of
Pacheco Koch Consulting Engineers.
