Dear Mr. Powell:
It has come to my attention that the alley shown on the attached
plat unloads from our subdivision onto MacArthur Blvd. This
vi6!ates the City of CopDeli's streetscape ordinance and was
unintentional on the Dart cf our company in that this a]!ey cuts
th~'ocah a screen~.,a wall and s landscape area
Since cur ?is~. has been filed with the county, thJ. s aiie5~ ri~ht-
of-way b~longs to the City. It is therefore my request that the
City of Coppe!l abandcn this 15' X 15' right-of-way in favor of
the Lakes of Coppel] Home Owners Association. Should this
request ~e approved Auburn Development will remove the alley and
replace the curd per City of Coppell specifications at their own
expense.
