LOCATION: North of Sandy Lake Road at the proposed
intersection of MacArthur Boulevard and Samuel
Boulevard.
REi2UEST: Requesting Preliminary Plat approval of
Raintree Village on the Lakes of Coppell
APPLILCANT: Kenwood Corporation represented by
Roland Wright
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The applicant is proposing to build 184 zero - lot line/garden homes
on a 30.7 acre tract within the Lakes of Coppell Development.
STAFF EVALUATION: Recommendation of approval of this preliminary plat is contingent
upon the applicant resolving all of the items aadressed by the City Engineer in the attached letter.
(Mr. Ginn has re-advised the staff to place Raintree Village on the agenda but with the
understanding that this plat will not be allowed to advance to the City Council until all
issues are resolved.)
PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION:
The P & Z Commission recommended approval (4=1) of this preliminary plat with the
stipulation that all of the City Engineer's comments be made a permanent part of this
file.
