RE: Rejoice Lutheran Church / Construction Review Comments
Dear Mr. Mendes:
The City of Coppell has received and reviewed the referenced plans and has the following
comments to offer:
1. Title sheet should be included in plans.
2. A plat of the property should be provided.//
3. Please show all easements on the site~l~i.
4. The existing wall on the north s/El,,~ the property should be shown.
5. Please install the vault, doubl,~ dec, and meters north of the future right of way line.
6. The time of concentration for'eae'h area should be shown on the drainage area plan.
Also, use a "C" of 0.9 for Area 1.
7. On the utility plan, use two separate taps off of the 16" water line for the domestic
and irrigation lines. Also, install a 4" cleanout for the 4" sanitary sewer service.
8. Rip-rap should be provided at the drop inlet. Also, provide an erosion control plan.
9. Please provide location of 30" water line and note to field verify on plans.

There are various other minor comments throughout these plans. Once these comments have
been addressed, the revised set of plans should be resubmitted to the City for review. If you
