change from SF-12 (Singl~ Family-12) to SF-12, S.U.P (Single Fami.ly-12,
Special Use Permit) for'l~oice Lutheran Church, locat~l on the' aotth side of
Sandy La~e Road, approximately 600' east of Lodge Road, was approved by the
Coppell City Council on Ti~ay, November 8, 1994, subject to the site plan,
landscape plan (with botaaical names ~d quantities noted), s~pe provisions,
and all other City requirements being m~. Council waived the screeaing fence
requh-emeat on the western pro-pe:Xy line and needs assurance that action will be
taken to mutually maintain the nort,~ screenirtg fence with the appropriate
homeowners association.
