Attached is the revised preliminary drainage plan. This plan is revised to show the off-
site drainage area to the west of the site. Please note that a drainage swale will be built around
the west side of the Education Building to handle the entire off-site flow. Also the top of curb
on the west side of the parking lot in front of the buildings will be left low so as to not block
this off-site drainage.
The Preliminary Plat has been revised to incorporate DRC comments and has been
resubmitted today.
