Proofrock-CS 981124 (2) ProofRock Waterproofing Response to DRC Comments from November 24, 1998 Meeting Planning Department Comments: 1.a) ProofRock is willing to extend the wood fence along the west property line to 8 feet north of the 3" hackberry, but there already exists a wooden fence along the west property line that belongs to the property located at 200 Southwestern. If ProofRock continues the wood fence, there will be two parallel wood fences approximately 4 inches apart. Please advise as to whether, in light of this new information, continuing the wood fence along the west property line of 196 Southwestern is recommended. All wood fencing will match the quality of that used by Artisan Landscpae. 1 .b) ProofRock will install shutters on the south elevation windows. 1.c) ProofRock will modify the sign background to match the siding color and will use dark green lettering to match the trim. 1.d) ProofRock will add the required notation regarding equipment and wiring. Engineering Department Comments: 1. ProofRock does not propose to add any water services. No irrigation system currently exists. 2. ProofRock will pay any required fees associated with the construction of the addition. 3. ProofRock understands that a variance of the driveway spacing requirements is required and will amend its application to specifically request such a variance.
