Maier Engineers, Inc. 8800 N. Central Expressway Suite 300 Dallas, TX 75231 RE: Riverchase Club Final Plat Review Request Dear Mike: Although I verbally conveyed to you at yesterday's Development Review Committee meeting that we could not accurately review and comment on the above-referenced subdivision plat, this letter serves as a follow-up to that conversation. Section IV of the Subdivision Ordinance states that a final plat cannot be processed for review until a preliminary plat has been approved. As you are well aware, the Planning Commission has disapproved your preliminary plat. I further advise you here that because of the Commission's action, this final plat is not ready for processing. Although I would request a letter from you formally withdrawing this plat from further consideration until the preliminary plat has been approved, lacking that letter, I must recommend that this final plat be denied for the reasons discussed above. /Yours truly, Gary L. $ieb, A.I.C.P.
