Dear Mr. Daniel:
On March 23, 1994, paving, drainage, water and sewer plans were submitted for Riverchase
Club. However, at the March 24, 1994 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting, the
preliminary plat for Riverchase Club was denied. In an effort to better allocate staff time, I am
not processing the plans submitted for Riverchase Club until such time as the preliminary plat
has been approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission.
Therefore, this letter is written to notify you that even though plans were submitted they are not
in the process for review at this time.
If you would like the plans returned or if you have any other questions concerning this matter
please let me know.
